Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of all individuals involved, we do not accept returns. Please do not attempt to return any products by mail or in person at our retail locations.
If the product you received did not match your order, we will gladly replace the product(s) you received with the correct product(s) or issue a refund to your original payment method, so long as we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the product. We may also, at your request, issue you store credit that can be used to place an order at our website.
Please note that chocolate, fudge and other confections can melt in heat. Chip’s Chocolate Factory is not responsible for packages damaged by heat in transit, for the negligence of any mail carrier or for the negligence of a customer (i.e. leaving a package in direct sunlight outside for an extended period).
If you have received an incorrect order, please email us at email@example.com or call us at (816) 421-0012. You may also reach us via our online contact form here using the same email or phone number you used to place your original order. We will verify your order details, determine which product(s) you should have received, verify that you received the incorrect product(s) and promptly ship the correct product(s) to you at no additional cost OR issue you a refund to your original payment method / in the form of store credit.
